AnalogLive was a live, largely analog collaborative ensemble performance in front of a packed audience at the CalArts Redcat Theater, located in the Disney Music Hall complex in Los Angeles, on November 16th, 2007
Presented here in it's original program order (with an intermission after Secret Life of Semiconductors), the evening brought together leading composers, performers and designers for a real-time presentation of works centered around the revival of analog synthesis featuring film composer Gary Chang, Alessandro Cortini of Nine Inch Nails, Richard Devine, Peter Grenader, Chas Smith, and a rare Los Angeles appearance by Thighpaulsandra. Live electro-acoustic music via analog synthesizers, piano, and some very unique acoustic instruments along with Paul Tzanetopoulos' live kinetic video.
